The main objectives:
– Training and development of pedagogical and managerial competencies and skills for 12 participants (10 teachers and 2 practice managers);
– Institutional development through the realization of products / guides that will lead to the adoption of good practices by all teachers and employees of partner institutions involved in practical internships.
Results:
• All 10 teachers participating in the study visit declared that they developed skills/competences.
• The 2 representatives of the partner economic agent participating in the study visit declared that they have developed skills regarding the organization of students’ internships.
• A total of 12 people participated in the study visit.
