2021: IMPROVING PRACTICAL TRAINING IN RELATION TO NEW LIFELONG LEARNING TECHNIQUES

The main objectives:
– To improve the professional knowledge and skills of both participating teachers and business representatives from Romania;
– To develop a umber of Local Decision Curricula in the field of Tourism and Food Service, for the following professional qualifications: Tourism Technician, Gastronomy Technician, Waiter (server) sales assistant in food establishments, with applicability in both countries.
Results:
All 6 teachers participating in the study visit declared that they developed skills/competences.
The 5 representatives of the partner economic agent participating in the study visit declared that they have developed skills regarding the organization of students’ internships.
A total of 11 people participated in the study visit.
